DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Receiving your items safely and on time is highly important to us.

This is why we only use trusted and traceable courier services.

Delivery and return is entirely at the expense of the customer.

 

Currently, we provide an express delivery option.

Please make sure that you provide your telephone number when checking out.

This is for your local courier to be able to get in touch with you.

Express Delivery takes 3 - 4 business days. We process all orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1- 2 business days for order processing.

We will send you a confirmation email and tracking number after we have shipped your order. Please note that during busy periods order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

In case you do not receive a parcel, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to solve it in the best possible way.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

VAT is included in the price.

SARA SWEIDAN's main warehouse is based in the EU, therefore we ship from the EU.

International shipments may be subject to Customs and/or Import charges. Should any additional charges be imposed, SARA SWEIDAN is not liable for the payment of these charges and they must be paid by the recipient. In case any parcel is refused and returned to SARA SWEIDAN by the courier service, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please consider contacting your local carrier and customs service for more information about domestic costs as this is out of our hands.

       Returns Policy

    For products purchased from our online website, we will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that the items should be unworn, unwashed and in the condition they were purchased, including all packaging. There should be no wear or marks on either the inner or outer soles. Please ensure all labels and hygiene tags are still in place – we are only able to process a refund if the product is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out. 

    For all standard orders, before returning an item, please contact us via e-mail: infosarasweidan@gmail.com and we will guide you through the returning process. 

    Once we receive the product/s back, a refund will be issued and the money will be transferred back to your PayPal or Credit/Debit card within 14 business days. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that do not meet the above mentioned criterias.

    Should you receive a faulty item, do not hesitate to contact us on: infosarasweidan@gmail.com and specify the problem by attaching photos. We are unable to accept returns for items which have been worn.
